Terms for The MenoPause Reset
These terms supplement the general Elevated Movements terms and apply specifically to this digital wellness product.

Wellness education—not medical care
The app provides breathing practices, education, reflection prompts, and community-oriented wellness support. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Seek urgent help through local emergency services when needed.
Your account
Paid features require a signed-in account. Keep control of the account you use to sign in and provide accurate checkout information. Access is personal and may not be resold, shared broadly, scraped, or used to interfere with the service.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Recurring memberships renew until canceled. You can manage payment details and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal in My Space. Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge.
Founding access
Founding access is a one-time purchase for the current seven-day digital program. It does not automatically include every future course, live event, coaching service, or subscription offering unless explicitly stated.
Your reflections
You retain ownership of the original journal content you enter. You give Elevated Movements only the limited permission needed to store, display, secure, export, and delete it as part of providing the app.
Availability and changes
We may update content, correct errors, protect the service, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting paid access and to communicate material changes.
