Your reflections are personal. This notice explains what the app stores, why it stores it, and the controls available to you.

Information we collect
When you sign in, the app receives your email address and, when available, your name from Sign in with ChatGPT. The app may also store your journey progress, journal entries, mood selections, waitlist details, browser notification subscription, chosen reminder time, Stripe customer and purchase identifiers, and basic security information such as request timing and IP-derived rate-limit keys.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and recover your account, protect paid access, save your journey, process purchases, manage subscriptions, deliver requested notification tests, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the experience.
Service providers
OpenAI provides account sign-in and Sites hosting; Cloudflare provides database and delivery infrastructure; Stripe processes payments and billing; and Mailchimp may manage Support Circle email subscriptions when connected. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Wellness information
Journal and mood information can be sensitive. The MenoPause Reset is a wellness product, not a healthcare provider or medical-record system. Do not use it for emergencies or as the only place you keep information needed for medical care.
Your controls
Signed-in members can download a copy of their app data or delete reflections, progress, profile information, and reminder subscriptions from My Space. Deletion from this app does not automatically delete records held independently by Stripe, OpenAI, Mailchimp, or other providers. Contact us for help with provider-specific requests.
Retention and security
We retain app information while your account is active or as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and financial recordkeeping. We use encrypted transport, authenticated access, rate limits, and restricted production secrets, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
